We’re Hiring || Customer Service Representative – International E-Commerce Process
Location: Kolkata
Shifts: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email for international clients
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Prior experience in International/E-Commerce process is an advantage (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply)
