Responsibilties

1. Conceptualize, develop, and refine unscripted/reality show formats from ideation to pitch-ready stage.
2. Drive creation of original, repeatable, and scalable IPs aligned with Rusk Media’s content strategy and platform requirements.
3. Shape narrative arcs, episode structures, and season journeys to ensure high engagement, drama, and retention.
4. Prepare compelling pitch decks, show bibles, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners/platforms.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in content development, preferably in unscripted, reality, or non-fiction formats.
2. Experience working as a Creative Director, Director, or in a similar development role on digital or TV formats.
