We're looking for a Creative Associate who can translate that thinking into visuals. Someone who understands that the most powerful creative doesn't shout — it observes. Someone who finds beauty in a macro shot of a saffron thread, not in a before-and-after.

What You'll Do
You'll visualise, collaborate and create — static posts, carousels, reels, performance ad creatives, landing visuals — and maintain the visual coherence of a premium natural brand that doesn't follow beauty industry conventions. You'll support campaigns from concept to execution, work closely with the Organic Lead and Founder, and bring AI tools into a real, disciplined creative workflow.

What You'll Need
Advanced design skills across Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro. Robust reel editing capability across Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent tools. Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools — Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, Whisk, or similar. Hands on experience with Google Nano Banana and Google Veo / Kling. An understanding of what makes performance advertisement copy actually convert.



The ability to work in two registers — UGC-style and premium editorial — without losing the brand in either. A clean, unhurried aesthetic sense.
Ability to lead ideation, visualization and execution of still and motion shots working collaboratively across functions in line with brand standards and ethos
A portfolio is mandatory. We won't review applications without one.
