We’re looking for a Senior Projects Manager to lead our project management function end-to-end - from internal coordination with design and accounts to external client and vendor communication; ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys building systems, and can lead from the front in a fast-growing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Leading and mentoring a team of project managers and site engineers while setting the standard for execution and accountability
Overseeing 50+ projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, efficient delivery across all stages
Managing communication across clients (over calls and emails majorly),



vendors (including finding vendors over calls and the internet in cases of emergency), design, and accounts teams with clarity and diplomacy
Driving decision-making, problem-solving, and on-ground execution to ensure deadlines are met without compromise

WHO YOU ARE:
5–10 years of relevant experience (signage / construction industry experience is a strong plus)
Proven ability to lead teams (5–10 members) and manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
Strong decision-making, negotiation, and vendor management skills
Excellent communication (emails, calls, client-facing) with a transparent, diplomatic approach
Deadline-driven with a “get it done” mindset - no follow-ups needed, no excuses
Street-smart, proactive problem solver who takes ownership end-to-end
High integrity: honest, respectful, committed, and follows through on promises
Positive, energetic, growth-oriented mindset - someone who raises the bar for the team
Comfortable with tech and project management tools (or quick to learn)
Based out of Delhi

Location: Rajouri Garden, Delhi, India (Full time, on-site)
Salary: 6-8LPA CTC (Based on how awesome you are ;))
Timing: 10AM - 6PM (Monday - Saturday)
