Role Purpose
We are looking for a sharp, ownership-driven Manager - D2C Website & Growth Operations to run the brand website like a daily revenue channel. This person will own website hygiene, customer experience, catalogue accuracy, CRM execution, campaign readiness, reporting, and coordination with performance marketing, SEO, and website development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day website operations across homepage, product pages, collections, banners, offers, pricing, landing pages, and checkout flow.
- Improve customer experience, conversion rate, website speed, mobile experience, navigation, product discovery, and the complete purchase journey.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing agency for campaign landing pages, tracking, pixels, UTMs, ad account hygiene, and conversion events.
- Work with SEO experts on website architecture, metadata, blogs, internal linking, schema, technical SEO, and organic visibility.
- Work with website developers to fix bugs, improve speed, execute new pages, improve UX, and maintain website stability.
- Manage CRM tools for WhatsApp, email, SMS, abandoned cart, repeat purchase,
customer segmentation, and retention journeys.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy including product content, images, pricing, offers, reviews, FAQs, tags, filters, bundles, and claims.
- Prepare daily performance reports covering revenue, orders, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS, top SKUs, stock issues, speed issues, and customer complaints.
- Track issues proactively and ensure fast closure with agencies, developers, internal teams, and customer support.
Ideal Candidate
- 4-7 years of experience in D2C website operations, Shopify, ecommerce operations, CRM, or digital business execution.
- Solid understanding of website performance, customer journey, catalogue hygiene, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Comfortable with Shopify or similar platforms, Google Analytics, CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, SEO basics, and ad account basics.
- Highly detail-oriented, numbers-driven, execution-focused, and strong in follow-ups.
- Thinks like the owner of the website business, not just an operator waiting for instructions.
