 Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and channel partners for business growth. Promote SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB).

 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by driving new business and renewing existing accounts.

 Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance solutions to maximize revenue per client.

 Onboard and train new POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents to expand the sales network.

 Manage and support existing agents to enhance their productivity and engagement.

 Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations for channel partners.

 Promote comprehensive insurance solutions tailored for SMEs, including: Property Insurance (Fire, Burglary, and Allied Perils). Marine Insurance (Inland and International Transit Coverage).
