Experience: 5–8 years of experience in formwork design, structural design, or construction engineering, with prior team handling experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or similar tools is an advantage). Experience in managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting production targets is preferred.

We are looking for an Assistant Design Manager to lead and manage the formwork design team. This role involves overseeing design delivery, ensuring alignment with project specifications and manufacturing requirements, and managing team performance. ● Ensure all formwork designs meet technical specifications and project requirements.

4. Stakeholder Coordination
● Coordinate with internal teams including factory, business development, and project stakeholders.
● Act as a key point of contact for design-related discussions and approvals.
● Proactively address and escalate design challenges or risks.
5. Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
● Monitor team performance against targets and identify potential risks or delays.
● Implement corrective actions to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
● Drive continuous improvement in design processes and workflows.
