Senior Financial Analyst India | Full-time | 5+ Years Experience
About the Role We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
Support business strategy through data-driven recommendations
Work closely with leadership, operations, and business teams
Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
Requirements 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A; / Corporate Finance
Strong expertise in Excel, financial modeling,



and reporting
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Solid understanding of financial statements and business metrics
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
Experience in fast-paced or growth-stage environments
Location India (Remote / Hybrid depending on role)
