Responsibilities:
- Handling Expert level of hands-on experience on SAP Roles & access, SAP Security support issues.
- Working as part of the SAP Support Desk team in a Contact Centre setup.
- Solving user queries and technical problems independently.
- Supporting day-to-day issues related to finance transactions and travel expenses.
- Communicating clearly in English with users (spoken and written).
- Creating and updating support documents and issue logs.
- Willing to learn and support other SAP areas like user creation.
- Meeting service level targets in a Service Desk environment.
- Helping improves support processes and team efficiency.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
