RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Handle key accounts and ensure long-term relationship management with major clients.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and customer needs.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Ensure proper secondary sales tracking and stock availability at distributor level.
Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Support implementation of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sealants, adhesives, construction chemicals, paints or related industries.
Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
SKILLS:
Solid understanding of the Rajasthan market.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and expand customer base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented approach with focus on achieving targets.
