Custo is a quick-growing D2C brand building premium travel accessories designed for people who value organization and smart travel. Our products range from passport holders and travel cables to organizers that simplify how people move. We plan to significantly expand our product portfolio over the next 12 months.

We’re content-first in how we grow—ads, creators, and storytelling drive everything.

Responsibilities

You won’t just “write scripts.” You’ll help us figure out what should be said, how it should be said, and why it will work.

- Write high-performing scripts for:

- Paid ads (Meta, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Influencer/UGC content
- Founder-led content (direct-to-camera)

- Ideate hooks, angles, and concepts along with the team





- Break down what’s working in ads and recreate winning patterns

- Collaborate closely with:

- Founder (me)
- Creators & influencers
- Design/video team

- Adapt scripts based on:

- Platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Audience psychology
- Product positioning

Qualifications

This is an entry-level role, but not a lazy one.

- Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels/UGC style)
- Ability to write natural, conversational scripts (not robotic AI ad copy)
- Good instinct for hooks and attention-grabbing openings
- Curious about what makes content perform (not just “look good”)
- Comfortable working fast and iterating
