Expectations:  Expertise in Product Support in India (experience in Education is a strongPlus) Demonstrate expertise in Customer management at various levels Outstanding Communication Skills A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction Travel within India and International travel as needed

Responsibilities:  Manage and deliver support services Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective accounts is productive and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
