Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop plastic components using Creo (Parametric) .
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed engineering documentation.
Perform DFM/DFA analysis for injection-molded plastic parts.
Work closely with tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Support prototype development, testing, and design validation.
Handle design changes and engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).
Ensure designs meet customer and industry standards.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in CAD design using Creo .
Strong experience in Plastic Part Design (Injection Molding).
Knowledge of plastic materials, tolerances, and GD&T; .
Understanding of tooling concepts and mold design basics.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Windchill or other PLM tools .
Exposure to automotive, medical, or consumer products domains.
Basic knowledge of validation and testing processes.
