Job Responsibilities
- Set up project-specific definition of commissioning services for Data center project
- Preparation of the commissioning documents (Commissioning Master Plan, Dependency Matrix and Sequence of Commissioning) and implementation of supporting tools
- Planning of commissioning as well as coordination with Design, Construction, Quality, Schedule, Procurement, EHS and Project management team
- Early involvement with Design and Procurement team to plan and organize commissioning deliverables
- Work closely with Schedule team on Commissioning schedule and report the progress
- Coordinate with Quality team on timely quality deliverables to start commissioning and close commissioning related Issues
- To organize Asset list and Asset based Commissioning and handover
- To prepare, review and execution of L1 to L3 and IST Commissioning test scripts
- Knowledge to support the execution of L4 and L5 Test scripts
- To prepare and execute Load Bank testing and monitoring plan
- Coordination with Client and Client appointed CxA agents
- Monitor the commissioning progress and report
- Monitor issues log and timely closure of issues logs and report
- Support to the Project Manager in obtaining project acceptance and Handover
- Train and develop Commissioning resources for Data center Project and mentor them
- To join Quality team and support FAT/FWT and Offsite manufacturing inspections
- To support business to prepare Tender documents relates to Data Center Commissioning deliverables and Tender presentation
Job Requirements
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in managing Datacenter commissioning / installation of technical systems
- Robust knowledge about Level 1 to L5 Commissioning test scripts and Load bank testing plan
- Hands-on experience working with Commissioning software like Cx Alloy, Procore and ACC preferable
- Willingness to stay at the project site even for a longer period, willingness to travel
- Independent and customer-oriented way of working. Ability to work in a team and communication skills
