Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage Accounts Receivable, collections, and reconciliation processes across retail stores, D2C channels, and e-commerce marketplaces. The role requires solid experience in handling high-volume transactions, marketplace settlements, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management
· Manage end-to-end AR cycle including invoicing, collections, and accounting entries
· Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections
· Prepare aging reports and highlight overdue accounts
Reconciliation (Core Responsibility)
· Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of:
o E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc.)
o Payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
o Bank statements and cash collections
· Identify discrepancies in settlements, commissions, returns, discounts, and claims
· Coordinate with internal teams and marketplaces to resolve mismatches
E-commerce & Marketplace Accounting
· Validate marketplace settlements including:
o Sales, returns, refunds, commissions, logistics charges
· Track claims, deductions, and recovery from marketplaces
· Maintain proper records for all online and offline channels
Retail & D2C Accounting
· Reconcile Retails offline stores POS collections vs. bank receipts
· Handle cash, card, UPI, and wallet transactions reconciliation
· Monitor store-wise receivables and variances
Reporting & Compliance




· Prepare MIS reports on receivables, collections, and reconciliation status
· Support monthly closing activities related to AR
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
· Assist in audits by providing required reconciliations and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge off Accounts, Accounts Receivable and reconciliation processes
· Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting
· Good understanding of retail and D2C business models
· Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
· Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Excel etc.)
· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage large volumes of data and transactions

Eligibility Criteria:
· Location: Prabhadevi
· Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
· Experience: 4–7 years in Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation
· Industry Preference: Retail / E-commerce / D2C brands
· Prior experience in handling marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra is mandatory
