We are looking for someone who can own the entire technology vision , scale engineering teams, and drive next-gen AI platform excellence in a high-growth environment.
Role Overview
As CTO, you will:
Define and lead the long-term technology vision & architecture
Drive AI platform scalability, accuracy, and performance
Build and scale a high-performing engineering team (12–18 members)
Lead modernisation initiatives (PHP → Node.js/TypeScript stack)
Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance (SOC 2, DPDP), and reliability
Work directly with founders in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Key Skills & Expertise
Solid background in AI/ML SaaS, document AI, NLP, or computer vision
Experience with scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven systems)
Tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD
Deep understanding of MLOps, model performance, and production AI systems
Proven ability to hire and scale high-quality engineering teams
Experience & Location
Experience: 13–18+ years (with senior leadership exposure)
Location: Mumbai (100% On-site – Vile Parle West)
