We are looking for a skilled Yardi Technical Consultant with expertise in SQL, Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR), Custom Financials, and Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex reports across Yardi modules, including Investment Management, Forecast Manager, and others. Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding Technical Requirements, Business Logics , Calculations and Expectations
• Review and understand specification document, prepare a road map for development process, ensure self testing is documented to ensure smooth delivery from technical aspect.
• Navigate through front end screens to determine data mappings and data accuracy along with data review. You Should Be Well Versed with The Process Of
• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Business Process Mapping & Yardi Configuration




• Knowledge of YSR Report Configuration & Development
• Knowledge of Configuring custom tables for relevant objects
• Well versed with SQL / Columnar Report, Email Template & Notifications
• Understanding of Workflow concepts • Clear concepts of Residential & Commercial Modules. Unit Sales , ABF, Maintenance, Job Cost and other modules will be added advantage.
• Conducting custom functions / procedures for reviews
• Doing RCA for any technical issue reported
• Providing accurate data fixes to remove data corruption.
• Providing solutions to user queries and issues • Conducting trainings What You Will Achieve During This Assignment

Qualifications & Requirments:
• Education background in B.SC Computer Science / IT, Bachelor’s in Engg. / MCA is preferred.
• Good knowledge & understanding of SQL.
• Correspondence Reporting, YSR Report, sending reports on Emails, Task Runner Configurations, Email Template & Notification mappings knowledge is a must.
• Some earlier experience/expertise in Yardi/ERP will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set.
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Focus on best practices and provide recommendations to clients.
• Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.
• Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
