Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer with hands-on experience in security, administration, and modern workplace tools. The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365 services
- Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Conditional Access, MFA)
- Handle user administration (creation, access, licenses, permissions)
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to M365 services
- Support endpoint/device management using Intune (basic level)
- Follow security best practices and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with senior engineers on deployment and upgrades

Required Skills:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365)




- Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies
- Familiarity with Exchange Online & Teams administration
- Basic troubleshooting and support skills
- Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, or equivalent)
