About The Firm:

We are currently embarking on a significant phase of growth and are expanding our technical studio to manage an increasing portfolio of high-impact, large-scale residential and commercial projects. Location: Navi Mumbai

Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical & Municipal Integration: Lead the preparation of comprehensive Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), and intricate architectural detailing for diverse residential and commercial developments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Implementation of UDCPR norms and standards across all project stages to facilitate seamless approvals and technical execution.
- Liaison Support: Assisting in the strategic documentation and coordination for various authorities, including CIDCO, NMMC, and PMC is an added advantage.
- Project Coordination: Bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and quality control.

Candidate Requirements:

- Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience within an architectural firm in the Mumbai or Navi Mumbai region is mandatory.
- Client Handling:



Should have the experience of handling clients at a personal level.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD is mandatory for this role.
- Technical Knowledge: A robust understanding of FSI calculations, building codes, and local sanctioning processes.
- Proximity: Candidates must reside within a daily commutable distance to our Navi Mumbai office to ensure operational efficiency.
- Educational Background: B.Arch from a recognized institution or degree in related fields.
