At DHI, we’re looking for a dynamic and empathetic Caller to manage patient interactions, drive consultations, and ensure a seamless experience from the very first call.

What you’ll do:

- Handle inbound & outbound patient calls with clarity and care
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into consultations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

- Robust communication & interpersonal skills
- Patient-first attitude with a persuasive edge
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in healthcare or customer handling is a plus
