Preferred Experience :-

5–7 years of relevant experience in UAV & Robust knowledge of:

- Mechanism design
- Manufacturing processes
- Assembly integration

Required Skills & Tools :-

- CAD: Siemens NX, CATIA
- FEA: ANSYS Workbench
- PLM exposure preferred

Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities Areas :-

# Design & Development

- Design mechanical systems and mechanisms, including: Landing gear, Folding wings, Payload deployment systems
- Develop advanced parametric and surface models

# Analysis & Validation

- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis
- Conduct basic FEA for structural sizing using: ANSYS Work bench, SolidWorks Simulation

# Drawings & Documentation

- Create complex 2D manufacturing drawings
- Apply GD&T; as per ASME Y14.5
- Structure and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)

# Assembly & Integration

- Perform Digital Mock-Up (DMU) and clash detection
- Manage subsystem-level assemblies
- Route wire harnesses and tubing

# Collaboration

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (aero, structures, manufacturing)
- Support supplier discussions for manufacturability
