We are seeking a talented Interior Designer & Architect to join our team. This role combines creative spatial design with technical expertise to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing environments aligned with company goals.
You will be responsible for developing floor plans, 3D visualisations, and design concepts, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. You will collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to bring designs to life while maintaining quality and timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and design concepts using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
– Create 3D visualisations and presentations using tools like SketchUp or Lumion.
– Design functional and visually appealing spaces aligned with project briefs.
– Prepare design presentations including mood boards, materials, and layouts.
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate on-site execution.
– Conduct site visits for measurements and progress checks.
– Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualisation tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).
– Strong design sense with attention to detail and space planning.
– Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction practices.
– Good communication and project management skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects.
EDUCATION:
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
– A robust portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
