About the Position - Supplier Relationship Intern
As a Supplier Relationship Intern, you will contribute to the growth of our early-pay marketplace by acquiring new participants and fostering long-term platform engagement. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as a consultative partner to help suppliers optimize their working capital.
While supported by warm leads, we are looking for a Hunter” mindset —someone who can convert provided accounts while proactively prospecting and engaging key financial decision-makers (such as CFOs and Treasurers).

Core Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Retention: Convert warm leads into active users and ensure sustained engagement.
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and connect with key financial stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Consultative Selling: Use multiple channels (calls, email, WhatsApp, demos) to deliver tailored solutions.
Portfolio Growth: Manage and expand a book of business aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:




Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Sales, or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
Basic understanding of supply chain finance is an advantage.
Solid enthusiasm and eagerness for client interaction and requirement analysis.
Ability to conduct quality and catalogue analysis.

Requirements:
Experience: 0–1 year in B2B sales (financial products preferred).
Language: Native-level fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities with a high-performance mindset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Postgraduate degree in Finance or Marketing preferred.
