Training & Development
Drives the process of orientation in driving the Taj Swagat process
Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all the associates
Ensures the completion of skill certification process for all front line associates.
Responsible for identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
Prepares the training calendar.
Work in Coordination with the L & D Hub Head

People Focus

Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
Assists the Human resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs.
