We're Hiring: UX/Product Analyst (Client-Facing)
Experience: 3+ years

Role Summary:
We are looking for a UX / Product Analyst who can clearly understand client requirements and translate them into structured inputs for our UI/UX design team. This role acts as a bridge between clients, product, and design to ensure accurate and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to gather, understand, and clarify requirements
Convert business requirements into:
User flows
Feature breakdowns
Clear design instructions
Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
Review design outputs and validate them against client expectations
Present design concepts and flows to clients and handle feedback
Identify gaps, edge cases, and missing scenarios in requirements
Maintain simple and transparent documentation (user stories, workflows, notes)
Ensure alignment between client needs, UX design, and development

Required Skills:
Strong communication and client-handling skills




Ability to understand and break down complex workflows
Basic understanding of UX principles and user behavior
Experience in requirement gathering or business analysis
Ability to think in structured flows and scenarios
Familiarity with tools like Figma (view/comment), Miro, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or enterprise applications
Exposure to workflow-based systems (approvals, dashboards, forms)
Understanding of domains like compliance, audit, or operations (plus)
Ability to create basic wireframes or flow diagrams
