The clinic focuses on treating the root cause of Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, PCOS, Hypertension, and Metabolic Disorders through evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine, medical supervision, and patient coaching.

Our mission is to help patients reduce or eliminate long-term medications by improving metabolic health through personalized nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations for Type 2 Diabetes, obesity,



and metabolic disorders.
- Review lab reports, medical history, medications, and lifestyle patterns.
- Create personalized diabetes reversal and metabolic health plans.
- Monitor patient progress and optimize medications safely.
- Provide diet, lifestyle, and preventive health counseling.
- Conduct follow-ups (clinic / teleconsultation) to track patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
