Schon is seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of aluminium doors and windows by building strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through site visits, cold calling, and references
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, fabricators, and contractors
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and ongoing projects
- Promote and explain Schon aluminium doors and windows solutions
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate, and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, and order status
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Provide market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity, demand trends)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA )
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (preferably building materials / interiors / hardware / aluminium industry)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong local market knowledge in Bangalore
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
