Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Production Accounting / Mass Balance / Yield Accounting within the Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical domain. This role involves leading end-to-end solution design, client engagement, and delivery for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional & technical solution design based on client requirements
Drive end-to-end project delivery and manage cross-functional teams
Work on Production Accounting implementations / consulting engagements
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, vendor evaluation , and system integration




Ensure alignment with refinery operations, blending & distribution processes
Train and mentor teams on Production Accounting tools & processes
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in Refinery / Petrochemical Production Accounting or consulting
Solid understanding of plant configurations, tank farm operations, blending
Expertise in tools like Aspen AORA, Belsim Vali, Sigmafine, Honeywell PAR, Error Solver
Experience in data reconciliation, yield accounting, and reporting/visualization
Proven track record in delivering complex Oil & Gas projects
