Hiring: DGM/GM – Marketing & Communication (Beauty)

Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Experience: 8–15 Years - Senior Leadership Role

We are hiring for a senior marketing leadership role with a leading, premium omnichannel retail organization in the beauty & lifestyle space, known for its robust brand presence and consumer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction to strengthen brand positioning and visibility
• Lead omnichannel marketing (retail & digital) for the beauty category
• Plan and execute national campaigns, promotions & events to drive footfall and sales
• Develop and implement annual marketing & PR calendar (national & regional)
• Analyze store-wise and region-wise performance to drive growth strategies
• Collaborate with brands, media, and external agencies for impactful campaigns




• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure effective utilization
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams

Ideal Candidate:
• MBA in Marketing
• Strong experience in retail/fashion/consumer marketing
• Minimum 5 years in beauty category (mandatory)
• Must have worked directly with brands (not agency-only background)
• Strong analytical, commercial & leadership capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
