About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Architecture to set up a new flagship office in Electronic City and support regional office setup/renovation for a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of current office + regional renovation projects
Liaison between client leadership & external agencies (Mindspace, M Moser, etc.)
Own interiors + base build (exteriors) – expert in one, fair understanding of other
Manage negotiation, presentation, and alignment on design, cost, and schedule
Ensure complete project ownership – from concept to handover
Drive vendor coordination, approvals, quality, timelines, and budget management





Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
✅ 8+ years of experience in office/corporate workplace projects
✅ Strong expertise in interiors OR base build (exteriors)
✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
✅ Proven experience managing stakeholders, consultants & external agencies

Preferred:
⭐ Experience with Space Matrix, Gensler, RSP, RMZ, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield
⭐ Experience in in-house architect roles at large corporates like Wipro, Infosys, Google, etc.
⭐ Prior exposure to Bengaluru office fit-out projects
