We are looking for a data-driven Growth Analyst to drive insights across the entire user journey — from acquisition to conversion and retention. This role will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel & User Behavior Analysis

- Analyze end-to-end funnels (TOF → MOF → BOF) using tools like Mixpanel
- Track conversion rates, drop-offs, and retention cohorts
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies

Marketing Performance Analysis

- Analyze campaign data from Meta, Google Ads, etc.
- Track CAC, ROAS, CPI, and conversion performance
- Identify patterns across creatives, audiences, and campaigns

Revenue & Business Reporting

- Manage monthly revenue reports and payout tracking
- Work with internal teams on financial reconciliation
- Track GMV, bookings, and business KPIs

Dashboarding & Reporting

- Build and maintain dashboards in Mixpanel & Superset
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (WoW, MoM)
- Maintain investor reporting sheets (Metrics & Anthill)

Data & Tool Collaboration





- Work with tech teams to define tracking requirements
- Ensure accuracy of event tracking in Mixpanel
- Collaborate on Superset dashboards and data pipelines

Insights & Strategy

- Translate data into actionable growth insights
- Support decision-making for:
- Campaign optimization
- Product improvements
- Retention strategies

Required Skills

- 2–4 years experience in Growth Analytics / Marketing Analytics
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Mixpanel / Amplitude
- Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Advanced formulas)
- Superset / BI tools
- Understanding of:
- Performance marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS)
- Funnel analysis & cohort retention
- Basic knowledge of SQL (good to have, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

- Experience in consumer apps / marketplaces / event platforms
- Exposure to Meta Ads & Google Ads data analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
