We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Markt. is a strategy-led creative studio working with brands across luxury, food, wellness, lifestyle and culture. Our days usually involve moodboards, fonts we’re overly attached to, colour palettes we defend passionately, and the occasional “this idea might be ridiculous but let’s try it anyway.”

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that good design isn’t just about making something look nice. It’s about taste, instinct, timing, and knowing when something feels right.

Also… you should know how to edit videos. Because the internet moves fast and reels are not going anywhere.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing social media posts, campaigns and brand assets for multiple brands.

Creating grids that feel intentional and designed, not copied from a template library.

Editing reels and short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms.

Working closely with copywriters, strategists and account managers to translate ideas into visuals.

Designing decks, brand presentations and visual assets for campaigns and pitches.

Sometimes jumping into last-minute creative ideas that suddenly need to exist by tomorrow.

You’ll probably touch anything that needs to look good.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with a positive eye for design and visual culture.





Someone who understands typography, layout and colour, not just effects.

Someone who can edit clean, engaging reels and videos.

Someone who does not panic when someone says “let’s try something weird.”

Someone who cares about details like spacing, margins and alignment.

Someone who has opinions about fonts. Strong ones.

Tools you should be comfortable with:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar

Bonus points if:

You enjoy brand building and not just making posts.

You like experimenting with visual styles.

You understand luxury, lifestyle or editorial design.

You secretly judge bad kerning on the internet.
