We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage lead conversion and student engagement through inbound and outbound interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls to engage and convert prospective leads
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Provide accurate information on offerings, certifications, and career outcomes
• Drive sales through regular follow-ups and consultative selling approach
• Manage and update leads in CRM/Google Sheets
• Build solid relationships with prospects to ensure higher conversions
• Work towards achieving monthly sales/enrollment targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
• Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, tele-calling systems & MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset
