About the Role Engineer Plus is looking for a agile and result-driven Field Executive to expand our waterproofing business in the Hyderabad region. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client interaction, and business development on the ground level .
Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites, residential & commercial projects
Identify potential clients and generate leads
Explain company products/services
Conduct site inspections and suggest suitable solutions
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team
Follow up with leads and close deals (site locking)
Maintain daily visit reports and updates
Support in market research and competitor analysis
Requirements Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years of field sales / site work experience (Construction/Waterproofing preferred)
Must know Hindi + English + Local Language (Telugu)
Good communication & convincing skills
Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
Basic knowledge of construction or building materials is a plus
