Hiring for SAP Plant Maintenance
Experience: 4-5 Years
Location : Bangalore
Looking for immediate joiners

SAP PM Functional Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance processes including:
Maintenance Notifications
Maintenance Orders
Preventive Maintenance
Breakdown Maintenance
Configure Task Lists , Maintenance Plans , and Strategies
Work with Equipment , Functional Locations , and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Support work order lifecycle management from creation to technical completion

Integration & Process Expertise
Collaborate on SAP PM integration with:
MM (spare parts, inventory management)
FI/CO (cost tracking, settlement, budgeting)
WM/EWM (warehouse processes – desirable)
Support planning, scheduling, and capacity management using SAP standard functionality
Assist in master data governance and data quality initiatives

Implementation & Support




Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA PM implementations or upgrades
Support UAT, SIT , and regression testing activities
Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver functional fixes
Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Experience in maintenance planning, work management, and reporting
Hands‑on configuration experience in SAP PM
Good understanding of asset‑intensive industries (Manufacturing, Utilities, Automotive, Oil & Gas – preferred)
Solid communication and documentation skills
