Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)

️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (Based on Performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads

● Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities

● Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and closures

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final admission

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

● Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records

● Build strong relationships with students and parents

● Work efficiently in a target-driven workplace

● Ensure timely coordination with internal teams (Trainers, Placement Team, etc.)





Requirements:

● Experience in B2C Sales / Academic Counselling preferred

● Strong communication and convincing skills

● Ability to handle targets and work under pressure

● Good follow-up and negotiation skills

● Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel is an added advantage
