Role Objective:
Lead the financial, regulatory, and operational setup of Attica Gold’s Digital Gold Platform
aligned with MCX pricing and Indian regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regulatory structuring (RBI, SEBI, MCX alignment)
• Financial architecture and escrow structuring
• Digital gold business model and pricing
• AML,



KYC and compliance framework
• Vendor onboarding (vaults, brokers, payment gateways)
• Taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS)
• Technology coordination (ledger, reconciliation, audit trails)
• Governance, audit and SOP creation

Key Deliverables (First 6 Months):
• Business model finalization
• Regulatory roadmap
• Financial model
• Vendor onboarding
• AML/KYC framework

Candidate Profile:
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5–12 years experience
• Strong commodity/gold market understanding

Preferred:
• Fintech / trading exposure
• MCX knowledge

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai (Hybrid)
Reporting To: Managing Director / CFO / Board

Compensation:
