What You’ll Do

• Own total online growth across Website, Marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.), and future channels like Quick Commerce

• Drive revenue by improving conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchases

• Scale Meta & Google performance marketing with strong ROI

• Optimize the funnel — PDP → Cart → Checkout → Purchase

• Build and manage CRM journeys (WhatsApp, Email, Retention)

• Lead creative strategy for ads, landing pages & communication

• Run experiments & A/B tests to unlock growth opportunities

• Use data & analytics to make sharp decisions

• Collaborate with design, tech, product & marketing teams

• Build systems to scale Wanderlooms from ₹25L → ₹1Cr+ monthly





What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in D2C / E-commerce / Growth roles

• Hands-on with Meta & Google Ads scaling

• Robust understanding of funnels & customer journeys

• Data-driven mindset (Excel, analytics tools, dashboards)

• Someone who can think fast, execute faster, and iterate constantly

• Bonus: Experience in fashion/lifestyle/consumer brands
