Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive. The executive will manage client relationships,
coordinate project deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction by bridging the gap between clients and internal teams. The role entails handling client communication, managing account strategies, preparing presentations, and supporting customer success initiatives. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
Strong skills in Presentations and Customer Service
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with attention to detail
Familiarity with digital marketing or brand management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
