Job Summary:

Hand Safety First is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Sales Trainees to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam. The selected candidates will play a key role in assisting the sales team by supporting various sales activities, primarily focused on outreach, lead generation, and post-sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a passion for driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiating calls to potential clients to set up webinars, generate interest in our products, and maintain communication with leads.
- Follow-ups: Managing follow-up calls and emails with prospects to nurture relationships and push for conversions.
- Quotation Management: Drafting and sending out product/service quotes to clients in response to inquiries, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
- Email Communication: Sending follow-up emails, confirmations, reminders, and other correspondence to ensure smooth communication with clients and prospects.
- Webinar Support: Assisting in organizing and promoting webinars, ensuring clients have access and are reminded of the event details.
- Sales Reporting:



Maintaining records of calls, emails, and customer interactions in CRM tools (if applicable) and assisting in generating reports for the sales team.

Requirements:

- Education: Fresh graduates (2025-2026 pass outs) from any stream.
- Skills:Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage clients in a professional and confident manner.
- Confidence: Comfort in interacting with clients over the phone, through emails, and on virtual platforms.
- Location: Must be based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
- Personality Traits: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
