We are a European Deli/Gourmet Food store located in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai. We have recently celebrated our first successful year in business and are looking for talented retail specialists to join our growing team.
We are looking for a positive team player and communicator. A Hotel Management Degree/Diploma Certificate is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers hospitably.
- Educating customers about the variety of products available in our store when required.
- Get in-store and online (Zomato/WhatsApp) orders ready on time.
- Support customer queries over the phone/WhatsApp.
- Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure workstations are properly sanitized.
- Supporting in making sandwiches/grazing boards, if required.
- Re-organize product display whenever required to ensure its clean and attractive when required.
- Assisting in catering to events, grazing tables, and special setups.
- Manage stocks every day and punch the data accurately on system, update stock requirements




- Highlight any difference between the physical stock received and stock on record.
- Record sales accurately on POS system and process payments
- Manage and maintain cash sales record, opening/closing stock records, product wastage records etc.
- Maintain hygiene of food work stations and equipments at all times.

Requirements:

- Passionate for food and an interest in learning about European deli and gourmet products.
- Ability to work well in a team and under supervision.
- Willingness to learn and assist with kitchen operations, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- food industry: 1 year (Required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
