We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our financial operations.

Job Summary:

The Experienced Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports on financial performance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Maintain documentation for all financial transactions.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and reconcile inventory records.




- Costing and inventory valuation.
- Ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
- Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Other Duties:
- Assist with other financial tasks as assigned by management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1 year as an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations (GST, TDS).
- Experience with inventory control and costing.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
