Job Opportunity: Beverage Sales Representative (Panvel Territory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing beverage team in Panvel. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our retail footprint, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring our products are always the first choice for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, kirana stores, and cafes across Panvel and surrounding areas.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure consistent stock flow.
- Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure our products are displayed prominently at the "eye level" and manage Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and collection goals.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches.

Requirements

- Education:



Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or Beverage sales (Freshers with high energy are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Panvel geography (Old Panvel, New Panvel, Kalamboli, Kamothe).

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
