Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated MBBS Doctor with 1–2 years of experience for our Occupational Health Center (OHC) located in Amravati. The candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, handling medical emergencies, conducting health assessments, and ensuring employee health and safety at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide primary medical care and consultation to employees at the OHC centre.
- Handle medical emergencies, first aid cases, and occupational injuries.
- Conduct routine health check-ups and fitness assessments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding employee health concerns.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.




- Monitor workplace health conditions and employee wellness.
- Organise health awareness and preventive healthcare programs.
- Refer critical patients to hospitals/specialists when required.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- 1–2 years of clinical/OHC experience preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Occupational Health Centres (OHC) or industrial healthcare setup.
- Knowledge of workplace health & safety standards.
- Strong decision-making and patient management skills.
