Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development projects using Java, React.js, Spring Boot, and mobile app technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality products.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in application development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in fullstack development (Java & React.js).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA) or equivalent qualification.
