Designation HR Admin Executive Location Moti Khavdi Jamnagar Gujarat Industry Mechanical Maintenance Civil Contracting Reliance Nayara Energy Sites Experience 1-2 Years Salary 10 000 - 15 000 per month Negotiable as per experience Education Any Graduate About the Organization A well-established contracting company engaged in mechanical maintenance and civil works at major industrial sites including Reliance Industries Ltd and Nayara Energy Ltd Jamnagar The organization specializes in large-scale industrial operations workforce deployment and engineering project support About the Role As an HR Admin Executive you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and administrative coordination at project sites The position involves documentation site HR record maintenance statutory support and interaction with workforce teams deployed at client locations Key Role Objectives Maintain daily attendance manpower deployment sheets and site registers Support onboarding offboarding processes for site workers Assist in PF ESIC and compliance documentation Coordinate with client-side admin teams for gate passes and logistics Maintain basic HR records ID cards and uniform PPE tracking Help prepare salary data wage summaries and statutory submissions Support senior HR staff in audits and client inspections Basic Requirements Qualification Any Graduate B Com BBA or similar preferred Experience 1-2 years in HR Admin work at construction industrial or project sites Basic knowledge of statutory compliance PF ESIC Working knowledge of MS Office Excel Word and document handling Positive communication and coordination skills Must be based in or willing to travel to Moti Khavdi Jamnagar
