- Role Summary: Teach English language and literature to Senior Secondary (XI–XII) students, focusing on academic excellence, board exam preparation, and fostering a love for literature.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MA) in English.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Preferred: CTET/TET certification.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver lessons following the CBSE syllabus, focusing on Literature, Prose, Poetry, and Writing Skills.
- Board Preparedness: Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams (XII) by training them in comprehensive answer writing and critical analysis.
- Lesson Planning: Create cutting-edge, engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design, conduct, and grade assessments, tests,



and homework to monitor progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and collaborative classroom environment.
- Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of English literature and grammar.
- Proficiency in educational technologies.
- Ability to inspire students and encourage critical thinking.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience teaching senior secondary levels in a reputed CBSE school is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
