Job Title: JDE HR & Payroll Consultant Experience:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced JDE HR & Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in JD Edwards HCM/Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll implementation, configuration, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS support. Experience in GCC payroll, especially Qatar payroll processes, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support JD Edwards HR & Payroll modules including Employee Master, Advantages, Time Entry, and Payroll Processing.
- Configure payroll rules, tax setup, WPS compliance, and End-of-Service benefit calculations as per Qatar/GCC regulations.
- Manage Time & Labor, Leave Management, and ESS/MSS configurations.
- Support payroll execution, reconciliation, payroll validations, and statutory reporting activities.
- Work closely with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing,



troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support payroll go-live activities and post-production support.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards HCM/Payroll.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and HRMS modules.
- Experience in GCC/Qatar Payroll processes and compliance.
- Knowledge of WPS, gratuity, End-of-Service calculations, and statutory payroll reporting.
- Experience in Time & Labor, Leave Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in end-to-end JDE Payroll implementation projects.
- Experience working with HR and Finance business teams.
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and reporting tools.
