We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support company growth and maintain a positive work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and compensation management
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and management updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Experience
