The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for aggressive new customer acquisition ("Hunter" role) in the 20L Jar segment & Small Pack (200ML) across Residential Societies, SME's, Small Corporate Offices & Banquets/Caterers.
The role focuses purely on current business generation, while post-acquisition servicing is handled by the existing team handling the territory.
Key Responsibilities
01) Daily Prospecting & Field Coverage :
- Visit 15-20 SME's, Caterers/Banquets & Residential Societies.
- Identify decision-makers (Admin, Purchase, Secretary/President).
- Conduct product presentations and sampling where required.
- Build a strong daily prospecting pipeline.
02) New Customer Acquisition (Core Focus) :
- Convert prospects into customers of Bisleri.
- Secure monthly consumption commitments.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Ensure minimum volume onboarding criteria are met.
03) Pipeline & Reporting Management :
- Maintain daily visit tracker and reporting sheet.
- Update CRM/funnel status regularly.
- Track stage-wise progress (Prospect Meeting Done Negotiation Closure Activation).
- Forecast likely monthly closures.
04) Handover to Existing Team :
- Ensure structured society handover post-activation.
- Share consumption patterns and contact details.
- Maintain relationship until account stabilization.
